Updating with the Most Recently Modified Workbook

I was asked to automate a Weekly Report for analytics.

How it's done manually is you have to go into a specific excel file and under "Data" and "Edit Links" you need to "Change Source..." to the most recently modified file in a specific folder.

Does anybody have any suggestions on how to determine the most recently modified file in VBA?
