Pivot help requried.

Hi experts,

This is the pivot table i am having now. where columns are grouped by month.
I have a column in source sheet like "demand" so each row will have its demand ( like 1 or 2 or 5 like this)

I need to include that sum of demand for each division by month wise (before supply internal supply external values in pivot table)
i need to add another row after supply data in pivot i.e gap. i mean demand - supply internal + supply external = gap

I am tyring every method..it does not work. i need both of above(Demand and gap) as calucaalted items and include it in pivot table..
