Comparison dates and quantities with other dates and quantities

Hi All,
I would like to make comparison for selected columns with each other. When you open file, you will see what I mean. For example in my excell file, Orange marked items are related each other or red marked items. There is a problem with date format and Decimal seperator & Thousands seperator. Date should be date DD/MM/YYYY and Decimal separator (,) Thousand separator (.) . If there are not matches, put (X) or there is no problem, put (Ok) next column. Could you please help me regarding this case. Thanks.

So you need to match Date 2 and Qty 2 with Date 1 and Qty1.. correct?
If not, then H4 should be OK if you are comparing them alone.. please confirm back. Thanks.

Apply the following formula in F4 :-

Formula:

=IF(DATE(MID(E4,7,4),MID(E4,4,2),MID(E4,1,2))=A4, "Ok","X")

Does the position of Dates and Amount can be changed.. i.e, they may NOT be always in a same row ?

I am not sure about amount logic.
