Post Run time error 9 and 1004

    Hi

I have been trying to run my macro for awhile now and I keep getting the same error message. Which is 9 and 1004 for the save as location. Once I sort one error another comes up.

Please see attached document for example of my error. Please advise how I can solve this.

Your help would be much appreciated.

    Many Thanks

Re: Rum time error 9 and 1004

    Hi Charlote,

I have not been able to gather much information from the attached document. However "Subscript Out of Range" (Error 9) will appear if the file that you are attempting to activate is not open.
And for this we would need to understand whether is a step before the Preparation macro which actually opens the particular "e-Consignment...." file, as this particular code does not indicate a step to open the file.

"Application ... Error" (Error 1004) has to be checked in greater detail, as this may occur due to various reasons.

    Regards

    Chuck

    @ charlote21

    Welcome to the forum.

I'm going to assume that your title is either a 'Freudian slip' or just a plain old typo. In either case I'll make the correction so that the forum isn't suddenly inundated by people arriving as the result of Googling "etiquette at drinking establishments".
