Move rows to another sheet when value is chosen from a drop-down menu in cell

Greetings everyone,
I was lurking the forums trying to find a solution to a particular problem that I have and even though I found something very close I didn't understand the process at all
The post I found was this.
I'm really not that technical with Excel yet but I've been asked to make the new unused ticket list for my agency. I want to be able to move rows containing expired tickets to a different list as well as moving completed tickets to a new list. This could be facilitated by choosing from a drop-down menu. I don't understand macros at all (as evidenced by me failing the last 4 hours to make any kind of progress) so if someone would be so kind as to explain a macro that I could use I would really appreciate the help.UNUSED TICKET LIST AA.xls

You have merged cells in your destination sheets and that is making it a lil longer process of updating the sheets, as each column needs to be updated separately. Is it possible to do away with the merged cells?

Okay, I took out the merged cells from the destination sheets. Thank you for letting me know about that as I didn't know merged cells could cause problems like that Is it better?UNUSED TICKET LIST AA.xls

Right click on the Reissue sheet and copy this code in.

As you change the dropdown value in column S, the entries will move.
