Best way to sort and sum dynamic data, compare to other data and show differences

Hi there,
I have to compare 2 sets of figures from 2 different sheets and show differences on a third sheet. Each figure has a document number. The challenge is that on the 2nd sheet there are multiple figures with the same document number. These have to be summed first and then that total compared to the figure in sheet 1 with same document number. I would like to show the differences on a separate sheet along with the total original figures from each sheet ie. Document No., Figure from sheet 1, Summed Figure sheet 2, Difference. It is possible that there are document numbers on either sheet that do not appear on the other. I need to show these too.

I will have to do the same each month so the number of rows in each sheet will change each month so ultimately I would like to paste in the reports into each sheet each month and run the macro.

What is the best way to achieve this? Are there examples of this with code?

Any help would be great.
