    Macro to change text in cell depending on the text in another cell in the same row

    Hello,

    I'm basically having trouble trying to create a macro that would change the text in a column F depending on specific text in column O on the same row. A if statement would not work as there is already data in Column F
    eg. If any cell in column O says "Enroll" or "Nominate" then cells in Column F says "OPEN POT" in the corresponding row.

    I'm trying to manipulate this macro that I saw on an older thread, but I can't get it too work.
