Copy cell content in another worksheet and will not duplicate if same value is entered

Good Day!

I would like to ask for all your help. I have an excel file that enters a date value on Sheet1 and the content will be copied on Sheet2. What i intended to do is, if a user enters the similar date on sheet1, the date will copied on Sheet2 and will only count the number of similar dates. Hoping for all your help in my post.

I am not able to understand your question at all. Why dont you explain with the help of a sample file?

To Attach a File:

1. Click on Go Advanced
2. In the frame Attach Files you will see the button Manage Attachments
3. Click the button.
4. A new window will open titled Manage Attachments - Excel Forum.
5. Click the Browse... button to locate your file for uploading.
6. This will open a new window File Upload.
7. Once you have located the file to upload click the Open button. This window will close.
8. You are now back in the Manage Attachments - Excel Forum window.
9. Click the Upload button and wait until the file has uploaded.
10. Close the window and then click Submit.

I am still not able to understand the question. You have columns with years from 1994 to 2004 in sheet2. So where should the values get populated?
