Delete specified rows columns then refresh

Hi, my goal is to delete specific rows and columns in several worksheets (the same selection in each worksheet). Afterwards, I want to refresh all of my worksheets.

Is there a way to do this?

Currently I tried:

Just for the first sheet "Sales Growth", it doesn't seem to work.


The range I want to delete in each sheet is B6:K45, I want to be able to do it with multiple sheets (where I can put in a list of sheet names).
Afterwards I want to refresh all worksheets.
