Copy Cell.Font.Color from Sheet A to corresponding Sheet B

I cannot seem to get this figured out!! I have posted this same question at MrExcel.com (http://www.mrexcel.com/forum/showthr...he-Linked-Cell) to no avail.

What I need (in my own pseudocode) is:

I apologize. I am at the very, very beginning of learning code, but right now we're only studying Java so I'm getting myself confused with the VBA; and I can't seem to find what I need by Googling it. Any help would be soooo much appreciated!

Thank you! Does this code just get the font and cell color information? How would I then apply that information to the other sheet?

I'm having the same issue. Where do post these codes in VBA? My VBA knowledge is little to none.

excelnoob808,

Copy the Excel VBA code
Select the workbook in which you want to store the Excel VBA code
Hold the Alt key, and press the F11 key, to open the Visual Basic Editor
Choose Insert | Module
Where the cursor is flashing, choose Edit | Paste

To run the Excel VBA code:
Choose View | Macros
Select a macro in the list, and click the Run button

Thanks Arlette... I made a little bit of progress. I'm trying to copy the font color from a range of cells and now I'm getting an error with the FontColor. Is that range not possible?

With Sheets("Sheet2").Range("C8:I8")
FontColor = .Font.Color
BkGrndClr = .Interior.Color
