Hi,

If there is a 1 in column B do not copy, but if there is a 2 in column B then insert a copy of that row below.
If there is a 3 in column B then copy that row and insert it twice below and if it is a 4 in column B then insert it 3 times below. The row copied does not have to be inserted directly under the row.
