VBA - Help on insert line

Hi Guys

i have a piece of code, which enters a blank line at each row :

however what i need it to do is to add a row as well as adding the below to these new lines i have entered:

Include in Column A "RDF"
Include In Column B "FTX"
Include in Column C "Salary Transfer"

Does anyone know how to do this?
