insert pictures code, needs editing

Hello,
Need some help adjusting this code, to get a picture from a file automatically, based upon a name in cell Y1, wich is the name of the actual picture.
this code opens the folder the pictures are in, but I do not want the opoerator to upload the wrong picture, as names and images are very similar, and some are mirror images of others. I would like this to be automated, so there are no mistakes while inserting a picture into a report.

Another great help (would also be an alternative for me), is :I can have the pictures on another sheet already(hidden) and could just call them up from there - that way I can have them in a certain format, with the background transparent already.
Either way would be very helpful.
