Creating a spreadsheet and need to protect and lock cells containing formulas so the users cannot make changes to the formatting or the formulas in some of the cells.

But want the user to insert rows if needed and enter data in cells that have no formulas.

Need a program or macro to insert a row in a protected sheet and the column that has formulas should also copy into the newly inserted row.
