Show picture upon selection

Hi Experts!
I am having trouble with a code that is suppose to show a picture in a predetermined space (merged cells) upon selection in cell Y2.
The merged cells have an "overlay" of a grid which has a formula, reading inputs per section from another page.
I have a worksheet for every part, but would like to combine these into one workbook, hence I would like to have a picture show up on command.
Any ideas why this does not work?
