VBA To copy selected data from one sheet to another depending on search box

Im new to the Forum, so first off Hello and I need some extreme help

I have two work sheets with in the same workbook.

I know Hlookup & Vlookup dont donw know how to combine the two.

I need it to do the following if possible

when I select a date it will need to scan thru the line 4 when it finds the date, i.e f4

from this it will need to look down column F looking for any numerical numbers

If it finds anything it will need to look to the left and list it to the next sheet like listed in the description as shown in the sample workbook.

your help would be appreciated.
