Need complex Sorting macro

H,

If anyone could help me with macro for the attached spread sheet.

What I need it to do is to sort eveything first off with descr then prog action and then acad level.

I am not sure how to explain it buton sheet 2 i have arranged it how the out put sorting should look after running the macro.

hi, sorry but am quite noob with these kind of things. Can you tell me where toput the code nad then how to excute it. am on office 2010.

hit alt + f8, then name your macro, then paste the code between the sub and the end sub lines. then when you want to run it you can create a control button, or just hit alt + f8
