Formula for searching Event Log and returning data on a daily basis????

I am working on a Master Production event that will tell me on each day, what needs to get done for future scheduled events. I am attaching a sample of what I need. Each event has a event date and then dates for 6/4/2/1 week/3days out w various "to dos" that need to get done on those dates. I need a master to tell me ALL of what needs to be done by person on each day of the year. Basically I need a calendar/scheduler/organizer

Its the searching for dates on my data and returning the correct "to do" thats got me lost. Thanks everyone!
