Question create 4 groups with different filters of a data sheet

    Hope someone can help me.
I have a report on a spreadsheet that I download weekly with new info.
I need to filter and distribute info from there to four different groups, each group with a different filter of the info.
What I basically want to achieve , is to create four tabs representing the four different groups, that will refresh their particular info, each time I copy and paste the new report in.
I am not really familiar with VB, so formulas will suite me better if it is possible.

    Re: VB or normal formulas?

Rather than different tabs, a better way would be to create a custom view for each of your 4 reports.

If you look under the "View" ribbon and select "Custom Views", you can Add views for as many views of the data as you want and select a particular view just as easily.
