    Dependent Lists with 1:1 relationship

Hello - I'd like to have three drop-down lists that each populate based on the selection of any one of the 3. They all have a 1:1 relationship. so if "1" is chosen is the 1st drop down, List 2 and 3 would equal "McDonalds", and "Ronald" (sample spreadsheet attached). If "Ronald" is chosen, List 1 and LIst 2 would again equal "1" and "McDonalds".

Ultimately I'd like to have cell B3 be the criteria used for a vlookup formula, but that list might not be the preferred method for the user to choose the criteria. List 2 or 3 would be more identifiable to them.

Is there a VB procedure that could handle this for me?
    Thanks,
    Matt
