Using variable in conditional formatting

I'm sure this is probably a simple question, but how do i adapt the below code to allow it to pick up the value of the variable as opposed to just enetering the words Foo and Bar,

Selection.FormatConditions.Add Type:=xlExpression, Formula1:="mod(row(),Foo)=Bar"
