Deleting a row from a table

ALRIGHT SO BASICALLY I AM TRYING TO USE VBA TO DELETE ANY CELL FROM COLUMN "F" THAT IS HIGHLIGHTED IN RED.. I AM NOT SURE IF THE ATTACHMENT IS GOING TO HELP CAUSE I AM PULLING A LOT OF DATA FROM SQL DATABASE.. THE MAIN THING I CANNOT SELECT THE CELL AND THEN DELETE IT, I FIGURE OUT HOW TO SELECT THE ERROR CELLS AND HIGHLIGHT THEM RED, BUT AS FAR AS REMOVING THE ENTIRE ROW IN THAT TABLE ALONE I CANNOT DO IT.. HERE IS WHAT I HAVE SO FAR

AGAIN JUST FOR HIGHLIGHTING I DO NOT KNOW HOW TO REMOVE THE ROW FROM THE TABLE.

Please could I just ask not to type in All Caps..please.
I am unsure if you want to delete the row from the first table or second table. Try one of the following based on requirements

Thanks for the advice about the caps.. Sorry about that... It is the second table, when I put in your code and run it, nothing happens... The code will run, but the item that I want deleted is still there. The code is for the second table.. If you have any suggestions please let me know.. Thanks again for your time.
