Opening & updating another workbook from an open workbook using a macro.

Does anyone have a simple example of the code required to:

    1. "Open" another workbook / worksheet (the "To" sheet). from an already open workbook / worksheet (the "From" sheet).
    2. Perform a simple "Copy/Paste Special/Values" of 3 entire worksheets to already formatted (mirror image) worksheets in the "To" workbook.
    3. "Close" the "To" workbook / worksheet.
    4. Return to the "From" workbook / worksheet.

All "From" workbook macros are started from a worksheet containing only the "buttons" assigned to each macro. Returning from the "To" sheet selects an empty cell on the row aligned with the applicable macro button (in the "From" workbook). Thanks.
