Excel 2010 Macro Not Referencing Numbers Correctly

Hi again!

I was helped before with a wonderful macro that did exactly what I needed...but then I hit a problem. The original Macro compares a list of random numbers to other columns and then populates and formats a new column of numbers based on those references. I have attached a spreadsheet that (I hope) clearly explains both the original macro and what is needed now to solve a rather large problem. Thank you in advance!
