Never use Merged Cells in Excel

Cool thanks for the help with the "Me breaking another rule thing". Guess I should of read the rules. Oops, I hope the first rule isn't to read the rules, cos if so I'v just confessed to breaking another one.By the way, still cant get the first letter of every word in a cell to have a capital, (with out using the shift key cos I am lazy).
