Dear experts,

Thank you for your time in reading my post, I have an interesting problem I am currently facing and having searched this forum for days I cannot seem to find the solution to my specific problem. Here is what I want to achieve step by step using a one or two buttoned macro:

1. Copy all the tasks for a project plan () into the excel sheet and delete all items such as the first blank column (column a), the free slack and total slack (column G and H). To tell you the truth if it makes it easier I can do this manually.
2. Calculate today's date
3. Compare today's date with the due date and give the following:
- give the number of days to the due date, if the due date has passed can give a minus number, for example, if we take todays date as 12th July if there is a task for 13th july the number of days will be 1, if the due date is 11th July number of days will be -1
- colour them accordingly, so if a due date has passed show as red, if witihn 10 days show as amber and if past 10 days show as green
- If a task is percentage has been updated to 100% (complete) then show status as complete and in blue
4. I would just like the one button which can show display the above. Please can you help with your macro expertise on the above.
5. Would also like another function to do the following:
- If a task is at 0% show as not - started and red
- if a task has a percentage of between 1% - 99% show as in progress and yellow
- if a task has a percentage of 100% show as completed and green, but if it is completed beyond the due date flag in blue
