Selecting 1 or more items from a list view example I found here and adding a few things

Hello All,

I found your website while doing a search. I found this excellent post and I love this ListView that Leith created:

Can someone show me how to carry this a step further by letting a user select one or more items from the List View and adding a Command Button to send what is selected to Sheet2 in the same workbook.

I am attaching the same file to save search time. I hope I am not violating any rules. Don't spank me too hard please this is my first post. I have some considerable Excel experience and I love what Leif created here. :-) I started creating something similar but he was able to take it a big step forward.

How can this code be changed to ListView1? I am getting some errors.
