Drop down list to trigger a macro

Hey all!
Ive problem with code. I have two form control drop down lists. I want that if value of one of those drop down lists has changed it will trigger a macro. Ive been trying to do with cell link. when the value of cell is changed it will run the macro. I tried to do that with Worksheet_change but it didnt work. I paste my workbook here and if somebody could show me how does it work thank you very much in advance!
