Coloring row if particular Cell value is Bold

Dear All ,

In input sheet starting from row 4 ,i want to color the entire row if the value in cell D IS BOLD ,basically thsi are the heading rows and i wanna give them a light blue color .....i am trying to using the following code ,but i can't ....

I can do this because there were some great people like jaslake ,nilem etc who helped me a lot understand VBA ,kudos to this forum ,i can now post solutions as well !
