SUMIFs pivot table by column

Hi there,it would be very simple to some but it is not to me. I have pivot table and per column there is a multiple column header like "Sum of Skin Care1" "Sum of Skin Care2"...etc. and on rows i have 1 "MOE" definition for example, I would like to sum up all possible word of "Skin Care" on the row of where MOE is

Here is the sample file, It was pivot but then since it was a sample file, I copied paste it in values. As you notice in Column header of sample file pivot, there are multiple definition for Example is the "Skin Care", and "Wella Prof", now on row header also there are multiple definition like "WHS","TRANSPO","GMC" etc.. Now I would like to sum up those under "Skin Care" and rows of "WHS". Or in my first example how can I get to sum up the MOE row and Skin care column?
