Unloading Userform if Spreadsheet value can come from 2 different locations on form

On my userform the editor can either choose a name from a drop down (cmbProducingOrg) OR if the correct name is not on the dropdown type it into txtNewProducingOrg. The data on the userform is pulled onto 2 different spreadsheets, one which maintains order information (Rentals!) and one that maintains Contact info (Producing Contacts!). What I need is when the userform is unloading that it either takes the info from the dropdown or if the dropdown is empty to copy the text cell into my worksheet Rentals!$B.

I have attached my workbook for reference.

Thank you for any assistance you can give!Rentals- Current.xls
