I am updating our company training matrix. Currently it is set up with rows of the employee and colums of mandatory training. Once training has been completed an "X" is put into the correct block, until then it is left blank. I would like to be able to set up the worksheet to A) highlight the blank block in yellow, orange, red ect. based upon the due date of the training. B)On a seperate sheet I would like to be able to pull up a list of who needs training and in what.
I have played around with the lookup formula and a conditional formatting but the closest I have been ale to come is a ='Training Due'!$B$10-TODAY()<=30, where I have the dates on a separate sheet. Any ideas would be appriciated.
