A macro that looks up a email from sheet2 and sends email

Is it possible that a Macro can lookup a email from sheet2 and then send the email with some information in it?

Right guys, my head is about to bust now, i have read - read -read till im blue in the face and still cant get round it, please HELP!! Im trying to send a email to a certain person when i clarify it with a drop down menu "Y"!!

When i clarify the time with a 'Y' i want the macro to look up the email address from the code in sheet 2 and send a email to them, this needs to be done on a daily basis, i have attached the workbook, please help!!
