Need a simple VBA code

I need a simple VBA code to select those columns with "Missing" in the header and copy only those cells containing the missing part number to the "Result" tab, so that I end up with a simple list w/o blank cells. Noted: those cells contain formula so I'm not sure if that will be a issue since they seems to be blank because of the formula "".
