Need help re-formatting data

I need some help changing the format of data I have copied off the web into a usable spreadsheet. It's a list of wineries and it's in a box-like format. I need to convert this format into columns. It has hundreds of wineries listed and there are 3 rows between each new block of data. I've attached sample data.

Any suggestions or help creating a macro would be much appreciated.

It would help to know which columns will hold what information. Can you provide an example of the desired output?

That would help, wouldn't it?! I updated the sampledata.xlsx file. Tab 1 is the data and Ta 2 is the desired output. Let me know if that helps.

One more request what should the reformatted data look like? I know you said it should be in columns. Should it be transferred from the box top to bottom and left to right into single columns?

If I understand your question correctly, then yes. Essentially take the data from the box format in Tab 1 and put it into single column format like Tab 2. I excluded the website url and the toll free phone fields. Does that help?
