VBA programming: duplicates elimination and content shift

Hello gurus:

I am trying to do a duplicates elimination and move all of the content in U column with same B value into one single cell.

A sample file includes "original and how I want it to be" is attached for better illustration.

I actually found a code that serves very similar purpose in this forum but it needs to be modified a little by one of you guys.
