Merging multiple XML Files and exporting them to XML

Hi,
I have a situation where client sends in various XML files daily to mark down changes they have made in production. I am new to the technology and I am handed over the task of merging the XML files daily, and exporting them to XML itself.
ALl the files have same structure, but different data.

I can only use Excel because of the policies here.

Any help shall be appreciated.

What should be merged? Try to descrive it a bit more in depth.
