Extrapolation- Temperature vs. Time

Please, can you help me to figure out how to extrapolate to determine the maximum temperature.

I did the graph with the data and used a trendline, but the example for the lab looks different

I posted the picture of the example in the excel doc. please, can you tell me what I'm doing wrong?
