How to count all mismatch record. Plz help

Hi all,

In the attached excel, I have six columns where I want to count the number of records for six criteria defined (plz chk attached excel) . I am able to write macro for that.

But whatever the records which are not matching, I want to count those mismatch records and keep it in single line separated by forward slash.
I tried a lot but unable to proceed. Your help will be greatly appreciated.
