    Removing Select, Activate statements

Hi All: I have some code that runs within a timer macro (every ten seconds). The following code is executed which involves 2 separate worksheets. The issue is that the Select and Activate statements are interfered with by external mouse action, as expected. Does someone have a simple way of assigning cells values on worksheets without having to activate worksheets, selecting, copying, then pasting? I know this is really rookie stuff so I appreciate all the help!

Jeff: Awesome article. That entire code was reduced to the following - and the macro is running as I type this. Thanks again for your help!
