Copy&Pasting OptionButtons and Checkboxes (Normal/ActiveX)

Hey guys,

So I'm trying to create a "Copy" [button] that can Copy a form, including the selected Option Buttons and checked Checkboxes, and then Paste them to another Form, with a "Paste" [button]. I wrote something simple, since I'm new at this, but it isn't working right. The ActiveX checkboxes don't copy over at all, and the regular option buttons don't copy the chosen selections. Any help on this?
