Sort data and date together

Thanks for your response.

What I'm trying to do are the following:
1) Sort column A (server name) first to get all the same server name group together.
2) Sort column B (start time) based on the earlier date and time sorted first and the latest last.

I've tried again and had attached the updated sample, filename: SAMPLE02_2.xls

I've also highlighted in red for some of those dates not being sorted.

Could you help to take a look?
