    Please help..... Need macro for excel to combine rows for mail merge

    I have been trying to combine multiple rows of data in this spreadsheet to include all measures, submeasures and description rows of each individual member.

    The goal of this is to mail merge a document in word that would include all missing measures for each member, instead of printing one page per row and ending up with so many pages.

    *** I have changed the data in Columns A and C for PHI. These are unique in the original document.

    I have used some code from other forums, but I can't find any that will help with this. THANK YOU FOR HELPING
