Need Help with Transfering Information from one sheet to another, without use of a macro?

How do I get a range of cells, A1:A36 and A1:F36, from one sheet in a workbook to another sheet, without using a macro? I know there is a ! in there, but i can't figure out the formula.

you stand in sheet 1

you click in a cell =

then you clik on sheet 2 an choose the cell you want to copie.

Enter

The cell is added in sheet 1

Now you can copie the forumla down.
