Find, Return 1st number/word in adjacent column

I'd like to have a macro to loop through Column B for the word "ABC" and return the value of the 1st number/word in the found cell.
I have attached a spreadsheet with the Before and After results.

Appreciate your help and thank you for the assistance!

If you are looking for a formula, in B1 enter =TRIM(IF(NOT(ISERROR(FIND("ABC",B1))), LEFT(B1,FIND(" ",B1)),OFFSET(B1,-1,-1))) and fill this down
