    How to auto populate calendar

    Hi

My apologies as I do not know how to continue the thread.

Please help me to enhance the function of my calendar.

I intend to copy details in
    - Worksheet [Visits column E] to Worksheet [Calendar Column E, I, M, Q, U]
    - Worksheet [Visits column F] to Worksheet [Calendar Column F, J, N, R, V]

    Please help.

    Thanks and regards. Nancy

Re: How to auto populate calendar

    Hello again Nancy,

I supplied you with that original calendar file, and it is a big job to set it up to bring the data from columns E and F of the visits sheets - essentially, you need to copy the formulae in columns D, H, L, P and T in blocks of 7 cells to columns E and F (etc) and make changes to the ranges in the INDEX part of the formulae, so that instead of getting the data from $B:$B you will be getting it from $E:$E or $F:$F instead, with the other cell references remaining the same.

    Hope this helps.

    Pete
