Using macros to identify blocks of data and summarise those blocks

I have a week's worth of data for 200 study subjects, which gives me the physical activity level of each subject in one minute increments. I need to:

    1. Identify any blocks of 10 minutes or more where the activity level is at least 3.3 units, and at least 80% of the values in the given time block are at least 3.3 individually.
    2. Identify the Start and End time for each of these blocks.
    3. Calculate the average physical activity level for each of these blocks.
    4. Create a row for each time block which gives the start and end times, total duration and the average physical activity level for the time block. This worksheet will then be imported into an Access database.

I can fumble my way through to complete steps number 1 and 2, but would love to hear from anybody who knows how I might go about completing these four steps. I have attached a spreadsheet with a few days of information to give you an idea of the data.

    Thanks,
    Elisa
