shorten formula problem

I am opening a new thread because I have marked my last post as solved.Ron corderre gave me the formula

which I tried in a blank workbook and it worked perfectly.I have now applied this formula to my workbook and it works but when the recieving cell has no number in it it returns #Value, I need this to be either blank or 0

Try this....
=IF(Sheet1!A1>=1,INDEX(Sheet1!B1:B10,Sheet1!A1),"")

or maybe...
=IF(AND(Sheet1!A1>=1,Sheet1!A1<=10),INDEX(Sheet1!B1:B10,Sheet1!A1),"")
