Hi all,
I don't know if this can be done with DSUM or SUMPRODUCT or whatever. The attached WB shows what I have on Sheet1, with what I need to accomplish on Sheet2.
Any help will be much appreciated![]()

Hello dilipandey,
Thank you for your help!
Are you a Magician? The Totals per Colour Column seems to check out o.k., but not the Sub-Totals.
I have changed the formulas in F6 to G7, to give you an idea. The thing now is to find the right formula to get the correct Sub-Total.
That is what I am having an issue with.
Thank you![]()

Just a Excel lover ..
would suggest you to sort your data.. first on column Product Range and then on color and let me know if this works .. thanks.

Hi DILIPandey,
Unfortunately It is important to keep the four columns of Data in Line With the Job No., Product Range, Color and Qty. Sorting only one or two of tose columns will distort the Data integrity.
Hi Winon,
After Sorting and applying formula, you can copy paste the results and then you can re-sort your data as per the Data Integrity ..
