Combo box or list box validation in excel

Hi,
As of now to calculate the scores grater than 7 with the type(Raw Data sheet column E) filtering, I am using the following excel sheet which is attached per employee name.
But now I am trying to do it in a combo box validation kind of thing. I mean I have a sheet where there should be some combo sheets with the names in first box. The second combo box should contain the scores from 1 to 9. The third combo box should contain the type and the fourth should contain the classes which are in column F in raw data sheet.

If I select the name first in CB(combobox 1) and later required score in combo box 2 and the type in CB 3, it should give me the result in reports sheet.

Is it possible? If so please help me and if possible try to give a small brief description so that I can modify myself.
